Just Inspirational Challenges - Dilly Beans

Our theme this week is

 Swirls

& here is my make

I just love the style of these stamps & had a tough time picking which one to use, I finally settled on

Cinnamon Set, as well as the image it comes with some cute hearts & sentiments. 

My background papers are from a Debbie Moore cd - Foiled Flourishes. I layered onto blue cardstock. I then made a panel from the other paper & layered it onto red & then the blue. I used a punch to add a scalloped edge to a border & then added some more of the paper. I die cut some swirls & cut then down to different sizes. After colouring my image I layered it onto the same mats, before assembling the card & adding my stamped sentiment ticket.

My image has been coloured in with my promarkers, I am thinking I need to start adding flexmarkers to my collection now :)

For the hair I used: Burgundy, Cardinal Red & Ruby

For the skin I used: Coral, Sunkissed Pink, Blush & Baby Pink,

For the dress I have used: Marine, Duck Egg & Cool Aqua

Here is what I have come with for this challenge

My papers are from digikits & I used craftartist to crop them, it's a great way to only print what you need & save ink. I also used it to size my digi. Isn't he cute, he's called Lewis

I used a grey as my base card & for some of the matting too. My sentiment was stamped & cut out using one of my dies.

I used my promarkers to colour him up & added some faux stitching around the edge before matting onto more grey & assembling the card.

Our theme for this challenge is

Your Favourite Colour

& here is my make using Leather & Lace which you can find in the store 

My favourite colour as you can see is purple, so I decided to use it with shades of grey & black

My paper is from a Papermania pad I won a while back. 

I used my dies to cut some flowers, layered them up & added card candi to the centres. I also cut some strips of black & purple & added them behind my matt & layered image.

I used my promarkers to colour the image.

Our theme for this challenge is 

New Beginnings

& here is my make using Whimsical Hydrangea Sprite from Aurora Wings

I first used my hougie board to emboss a lattice background.

I then inked up some glossy cardstock in greens & pinks, heat set it & randomly stamped them before cutting various circles out of them

I then coloured my image using my promarkers, isn't she so cute, I so love her.

I cut some of the circles in half & arranged them on the base card, when I was happy with the layout I stuck them down, added my image, a few punched butterflies & some little gems.

Hey everyone & welcome to another challenge from

Our theme this week is

Children

I decided I just had to play with Raggedy Girl Swing as it was so cute & also it is a different type of image for me & here is the finished card

I wanted to keep my colours fairly pastel, so I went with greens & pinks as the main colours. I used papers from my stash & matted them onto pink cardstock

I then coloured up my image & cut it into an oval before layering it onto the pink gingham.

I die cut my flowers & punched & embossed the butterflies. Once they were put together I arranged them onto the card. I have left it without a sentiment for now as I am not sure who it will be for yet.

We thought we would go easy on you all this week so our theme is

Anything Goes

& here is my make

I used black cardstock as my base. I then took red paperstock & randomly stamped using black memento ink. I made a smaller layer doing the same thing & using a different stamp.

I used a template to cut out my digi layer (I had stamped some red butterflies around my image) & added this to more black card. 

I die cut some black & added some gems & handmade rolled roses

My image was coloured in with my promarkers.

Skin: Coral, Sunkissed Pink & Blush, with Baby Pink & Rose Pink cheeks

Hair: Cool Greys 2, 4,5 & Black.

Dress: Shale, Burgundy, Cardinal Red & Ruby.

& here is my make using "Going Out"

I matted my paper, which is from a digi kit onto black paper & wrapped some ribbon around it before mounting it onto blue cardstock.

My digi was coloured in with my promarkers & I used a mask to add some distress ink around it. I then mounted it onto some blue cardstock & added some buttons

I decided to let it over hang off the side of the card & then added some black flat back pearls
