Creative Fingers Challenges - Imagine That

I'm back with my DT cap on for
Creative Fingers Challenge Blog
& this week we have been lucky enough to be sponsored by the fabby
This was a new digi company to me & boy am I glad I found them :)
We were given some gorgeous stamps to play with & so our theme is
Christmas
So, here is my make

I couldn't decide which image to use, so I merged 3  of the reindeer in craft artist.
I used green pearl card for my base & used a red card that I repeat stamped with the wording
Rockin' around the Christmas Tree

I tied a bow from some gorgeous Christmas ribbon & added some jingle bells

The digis have been coloured using my promarkers (but bold me didn't take note of the colour combos, sorry) I matted it onto more of the red & then some of the green.
So, there you have it. I was tight for time, so this was a quick card, well besides the colouring it was. I am quite happy with how it's turned out though.
Thanks for stopping by & do join us in our challenge, there's a prize for the lucky winner

Creative Fingers Challenges - Rick St.Dennis

Well, here I am back with another post, this time I am here with my DT cap on for
Creative Fingers Challenge Blog
this week our theme is Distress It & our wonderful sponsor is
Rick St. Dennis
There is, of course, a prize for the lucky winner.
When I knew what our theme was, I knew exactly the image I wanted to use, it is Night before Christmas Santa, & here is my make
I wanted to use deep reds, so I found some papers in my stash that would fit in & set about distressing the edges, I am no good with a distressing tool, I can never get it to work properly. So I find running the edge of my scissors along the edges works for me. I rolled parts of the paper back slightly & glued it down onto my mat.

I distressed around the edge of the digi too & added some punched snowflakes, as well as a satin bow. My sentiment has been stamped.
The image has been coloured with my beloved promarkers. The suit has been done in - Shale, Burgundy, Cardinal Red & Ruby. The skin in Coral, Sunkissed Pink & Blush, with Baby Pink on the cheeks.

Thanks so much for stopping by, I do hope you'll join us this week & I look forward to seeing your creations.

The Stamping Chef - NR Mirror Mirror.

Good morning beautiful people, it's a cold one here in County Wicklow, but to brighten this grey day we have this week's new release from
& as usual it's a beauty, she's called Mirror Mirror & you can find her here
Now before I share my make with you I want to remind you to pop by the blog to check out all the fun stuff going on for the 1st birthday of TSC & if you aren't already a member of our Facebook group, you can find us here
So, here is my make.

I adore her. For my card I used black cardstock as my mats & layered red cardstock onto it. The red had been stamped (for the back layer) & the top layer has a mask used on it. I used black soot distress ink.

I cut out a piece of coredinations with a die, ran it through an embossing folder & sanded it back. I then tied a bow & added it to one corner, using card candi in another.

I used my promarkers to colour the image. I then cut it out & mounted it onto the die cut, & there you have it. I kept it quite simple as I thought I'd let the image do the talking so to speak

Thanks so much for stopping by, I really do appreciate it.

Through The Purple Haze - Double team head to head.

Good morning bloggers, I hope you all had a fab weekend. This morning I am sharing with you my make for our double team head to head at

Through The Purple Haze Challenges

All of us girls on Team A have been sponsored by

& the image I got to play with is Dandy Lion by Kassal Digi Stamps
who a offering the winner $10 voucher to spend in the store.
Our theme this week is
Anything Goes
& here is my make.

I used designer papers from my stash to layer onto brown cardstock.
I coloured my image in with my promarkers & cut it out, I then added it to a frame I had cut with my dies. I also die some stars, buttons & a tag for the sentiment, which is simply DAD, also die cut.

I wanted a border around my tag so I simply drew around the outside of the die & cut it out. I used so off cuts of red mirri I had in my bit box.
I wasn't quite happy with this make, but it's kind of growing on me lol.
Thanks so much for stopping by, be sure to check out what the rest of the girls have come up with.

Big hugs,
Teresa.
